Step 8: Maintenance & After Sale Service
One of the major differentiating factors between Stylemaster Homes and other project home builders would have to be our quality assurance, Occupational Health & Safety policy, maintenance management and after sale service program.
Stylemaster Homes have a dedicated Maintenance Manager who will arrange to meet you onsite and if any items require our attention under the 6 month maintenance warranty, he will co-ordinate the various trades to complete the works in a professional and timely manner.
All enquiries following handover will be answered by phoning, faxing or emailing the Customer Services Co-Ordinator.
