Step 3: Selecting your Builder

Once you have provided an outline of what you are seeking, the sales consultant will assist you in tailoring a package to incorporate the fixtures, fittings and inclusions into the budget you are working toward. We will even modify our floor plans to cater for your individual needs or circumstances. Quality without compromise!
Up to Two (2) obligation free tenders are provided free of charge.
Once you have finalized all the plan modifications and selected Stylemaster Homes as your builder, an initial investment of $1500 will be required to proceed to the next step.
On receipt of the $1500 initial investment, we co-ordinate the surveyor to prepare a contour survey of your land and the consulting engineer will be commissioned to conduct bore hole testing for classification of the soil and structural/foundation requirements.
On receipt of these details (usually within 15 working days depending upon the site and house design complexities) we will provide you with a fixed price quotation complete with plans, elevations and specifications. On signed acceptance of this quotation, your building contracts will be prepared for checking and co-signing.
